Terms and Conditions of the “Beauty Expert Online” Service
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the “Annual Online Cosmetology School” service available at www.beautyexpert.io. Accessing or using this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to them, you should discontinue use of the website www.beautyexpert.io immediately.
§1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Administrator / Seller – the business entity KYNES Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Zielona Góra, Poland, at Mieczykowa 18A, 65-012 Zielona Góra, entered into the National Court Register under number KRS 0001124595, Tax ID (NIP): 9292085432, Statistical ID (REGON): 529564606, contact email: online@beautyexpert.io.
Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions, available at: https://www.beautyexpert.io/regulamin-uslug.
Service – the online service “BeautyExpert Online,” available at www.beautyexpert.io, through which the Seller provides electronic services to Clients, consisting of access to educational materials related to cosmetology, including graphic, textual, audio, and video content.
Guest – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality but with legal capacity granted by law, who uses the Service without having created an Account or without being logged in, and who therefore accesses the Service only within the scope available to unregistered users, including access to information contained in documents governing the use of the Service, such as the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions, as well as:
- the “HOME” section – providing general information about the Service offered by the Seller,
- the “FAQ” section – containing a collection of the most common and frequently asked questions related to the Service provided by the Seller, together with answers prepared by the Seller,
- the “CONTACT” section – containing the Seller’s contact details and a contact form,
- the “ABOUT US” section – providing information about the Seller’s business and the training programs offered,
- the “PROGRAM” section – containing a list and description of the online lessons that make up the Training,
- the “PRICING” section – containing information about the prices of services offered within the Service.
Client / Participant – an individual who has correctly completed the registration form within the Service and purchased access to the Service under a selected payment plan, thereby obtaining login credentials and access to the Platform. Clients of the Service may be natural persons, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality that have legal capacity granted by applicable law.
Consumer – a natural person who uses the Service for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity, as well as a natural person who enters into an agreement directly related to their business activity, provided that the content of such agreement indicates that it is not of a professional nature for that person, in particular as determined by the scope of their business activity disclosed in the relevant public business registry.
Service / Access to the Service / Training – an electronically provided service offered by the Seller within the Service, consisting of access to educational materials prepared by the Seller in graphic, textual, audio, and video formats related to cosmetology, accessible through the Platform under the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
Account / Platform / Platform Access – a functionality of the Service containing the following information:
- within the “ONLINE LESSONS” section – information regarding the training materials purchased and available to the Client, as well as materials for which the Client may purchase access in the future, together with certificates available to the Client and examinations the Client may take, provided that the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions have been met;
- within the “TRANSACTION HISTORY” section – information concerning payments previously made by the Client to the Seller;
- within the “PAYMENT PLAN” section – information regarding available payment plans that may be selected by the Client or the payment plan currently selected, including the amount due for use of the Service provided by the Seller. Within this section, a specific payment plan may be activated by clicking the “ACTIVATE PLAN” button, after first providing all legally required consents, including confirmation of having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions;
- within the “ACCOUNT DETAILS” section – information regarding the personal data provided by the Client in the registration form, as well as the invoicing details provided or available to be provided, based on which the Seller issues an invoice for the Service, with the option to indicate whether such data relates to a natural person or a business entity. Within this section, partial modification of login credentials, personal data, and invoicing details is possible, with the exception of the first and last name provided in the registration form, which may be changed only after prior contact with the Seller. Clicking the active link labeled “contact the administrator” within this section redirects the Client to the “CONTACT” section;
- within the “CHANGE PASSWORD” section – text fields which, when completed and confirmed by clicking the “CHANGE PASSWORD” button, allow the Client to set a new password for the Account and thereby update their login credentials.
Login Credentials – the Client’s email address (username) and password created by the Client in the registration form, enabling access to the Platform after successful completion of payment for access to the Platform. Login credentials may be modified by the Client within the Platform.
Payment Plan (Access) – available in the form of Recurring Payment or One-Time Payment, offered as Access 1, Access 2, and Access 3.
Recurring Payment (Access 3) – constitutes the Client’s obligation to pay a monthly fee of $119 to the Seller for use of the Service. Payment of $119 grants access to four (4) online lessons.
One-Time Payment (Access 2) – requires the Client to pay the full fee in advance for all lessons released on a weekly basis (every seven (7) days). The total purchase price under this option is $999
One-Time Payment with immediate access (Access 1) – requires the Client to pay the full fee in advance in the amount of $1499, granting immediate access to all lessons.
Selection of a specific Access option and completion of the required payment are mandatory in order to obtain access to the Service.
Minimum Fee – the amount of $119 resulting from selection of the Recurring Payment option, granting access to four (4) online lessons. The Minimum Fee is non-refundable in the event of withdrawal from the agreement as described in §9 of these Terms and Conditions and constitutes compensation due to the Seller for performance of the Service during the first Billing Period.
Billing Period – a monthly period during which online lessons are made available to the Client under the Recurring Payment option, commencing on the date the monthly payment is made and ending on the day preceding the date on which the next monthly payment becomes due.
Online Lesson – a unit into which the Training provided by the Seller through the Platform is divided. The Service consists of forty-eight (48) online lessons, each covering a specific area of cosmetology in both theoretical and practical scope. Lessons are released to the Client every seven (7) days from the date of purchase of the relevant lesson. Each subsequent lesson is made available immediately after the lapse of this period, provided it is included in the purchased Access option.
Under the Recurring Payment option, the Client receives access to four (4) lessons for a period of thirty (30) days starting from the date of the first payment. Continued access to additional lessons is conditional upon timely payment of subsequent monthly fees.
Subject to the lesson-release rules described above, selection of a One-Time Payment option grants the Client access to all online lessons offered within the Service for the entire Training Period.
Training Period – a twelve (12)-month duration of the Training, commencing on the date of the Client’s first payment and release of the first online lesson.
Account Subscription – a functionality of the Service available to a Client who has completed the Training and wishes to retain access to the training materials after the Training Period ends. The subscription may be activated from within the “Payment Plan” section by selecting the appropriate Access option. Two subscription options are available:
– a monthly subscription fee of $12,
– an annual subscription fee of $99.
During an active Account Subscription, the Client has unlimited access to the training materials purchased during the Training Period.
Certificate – an electronic document in PDF format confirming that the Client has completed a specific online lesson. Downloading the Certificate from the Platform is conditional upon achieving a 100% correct score on the quiz associated with the relevant lesson and payment of the applicable certificate issuance fee.
Diploma – an electronic document in PDF format confirming that the Client has passed the Final Exam and has successfully completed the Training.
Quiz – a test consisting of five (5) questions assessing the Participant’s knowledge of the lesson to which the quiz relates. Only achieving a 100% correct score enables the Participant to purchase a Certificate confirming completion of the lesson. A quiz is available in each lesson provided on the Platform.
Practice Exam – one of the quizzes that the Participant may take at any stage of the Service, at any time for practice purposes, until cancellation of the Account Subscription, discontinuation of payments under the Recurring Payment option, or termination of the agreement. Taking the Practice Exam is not required in order to take the Final Exam.
Final Exam – the final quiz available to the Participant, which may be taken after the Participant has accessed the training materials provided in all forty-eight (48) online lessons and has successfully passed all required quizzes, excluding the optional Practice Exam, by achieving a 100% correct score in each.
Registration Form – the form completed by the Client during account registration in order to obtain access to the Service. The form is available at https://www.beautyexpert.io/rejestracja and is directly related to operation of the Service.
Password – a string of characters created by the Client during the account registration process.
Username (Login) – the email address provided by the Client during the account registration process.
Login – verification of the registered Client’s identity by entering the username and password.
Payment Operator – PayPal.
Contact Form – a form available within the Service at https://www.beautyexpert.io/kontakt, enabling the Client to send a message to the Seller’s email inbox.
§2. Introductory Provisions
- Access to paid content services—provided in the form of graphic, textual, audio, and video materials available within the Service—is offered by the Seller. Paid services provided by the Seller include granting access to the Platform as well as access to training materials delivered in the form of online lessons, subject to prior payment by the Client (Access to the Service).
- Provision of the Service within the Platform is governed by the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions define the general rules and legal basis for using the services available within the Service. Each Client is required, from the moment they undertake any actions aimed at using the services, to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
- Prior to using the services, the Client is required to carefully review these Terms and Conditions. By commencing use of the services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agrees to comply with all of their provisions.
- Use of the Service does not require any specialized equipment or software. The Client acknowledges that, in order to purchase and use the services provided by the Seller through the Service, it is necessary to meet certain basic technical requirements, including in particular:
- an internet browser supporting HTML, CSS, and JavaScript standards,
- JavaScript enabled,
- cookies enabled,
- access to the Internet,
- a commonly used operating system,
- the ability to play video files,
- possession of an active email address.
- Due to factors beyond the Seller’s control, including the nature of the Internet and the technical parameters of the Client’s device, the Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. The Seller shall not be liable for any interruptions, delays, or disruptions in access to the Service resulting from network conditions or the Client’s hardware or software.
- The Client may not make purchases anonymously or under a pseudonym. The Client is prohibited from engaging in any activities that are unlawful or that infringe upon the rights of third parties, including, without limitation, accessing other Clients’ accounts without authorization or attempting to obtain login credentials or passwords of other Participants.
- The Client is prohibited from submitting unlawful content, including through the Registration Form or the Contact Form available within the Service. Clients are strictly prohibited from sharing Service content or login credentials with third parties. Violation of this rule may result in immediate loss of access to the Platform.
- Whenever a specific purchase within the Service requires the Client to expressly consent to the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement, the Client—upon selecting this option and completing the purchase—will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided during registration, confirming submission of such consent.
§3. Intellectual Property Rights
- The Seller represents and warrants that all training materials made available within the Service constitute original works protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws and that all copyrights and related rights thereto are held exclusively by the Seller.
- By purchasing access to the content—distributed digitally through access to the Platform rather than through delivery of a physical copy—the Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and view the content solely for personal, private use. In particular, the Client is not permitted to publicly display or perform the content, copy it in whole or in part, reproduce it, distribute it, transmit it, modify it, create derivative works based on it, incorporate it into other works, or otherwise make it available to any third parties.
- The Seller further represents that, for the purpose of providing educational services, certain publicly available works may be referenced or incorporated into the training materials for instructional and educational purposes, in accordance with applicable law.
- Any violation of the provisions set forth in this section may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
§4. Access to the Platform
- Access to the Platform is obtained by the Client through the following process: the Client follows the instructions available on the website at https://www.beautyexpert.io by clicking the “CREATE ACCOUNT” button located in the “MY ACCOUNT” section in the upper-right corner of the Service pages. The Client is then redirected to https://www.beautyexpert.io/rejestracja, where they complete the Registration Form by providing personal information, an email address (username), creating a password, and selecting the appropriate Access option.
- After clicking the “CREATE ACCOUNT” button, the Client is redirected to the payment service provider’s website in order to complete payment for the Service using the available payment methods, in an amount corresponding to the selected Access option.
- Payment of the Minimum Fee is required in order to register an Account and obtain access to the Platform. Upon completion of payment, the Client is granted access to the Service within the scope resulting from the selected Access option. Registration in the manner described in this section requires acceptance of statements regarding personal data processing and express consent to immediate performance of the Service, resulting in waiver of the right to withdraw from the agreement. Such consent is necessary to complete the purchase under the selected Access option and to obtain access to the Platform.
- Access to the Platform is granted for an indefinite period upon confirmation of the first payment. Accordingly, access to the Platform is conditional upon prior completion of the Registration Form by the Guest and payment of at least the Minimum Fee corresponding to the monthly fee under the Recurring Access option. At that moment, an agreement for the provision of digital content is deemed concluded between the Client and the Seller for an indefinite term.
- The Client may terminate the agreement for access to the Platform at any time by submitting a notice of termination via email to online@beautyexpert.io or by sending written notice to the Seller’s registered business address.
§5. Access to the Service
- Upon completion of payment in the amount corresponding to the selected Access option, the Client obtains access to the Service by being granted access to the training materials prepared by the Seller. The training materials consist of Online Lessons made available to the Client during the applicable Billing Period, sequentially and according to lesson numbering, on a weekly basis (Access 2 and Access 3), or—depending on the selected option—all lessons are made available immediately upon purchase (Access 1).
- Under Access 3 and Access 2, each Online Lesson is made available to the Client once per week for the entire Training Period, beginning with the first Online Lesson, which is released on the date the first payment is made. Payment of the Minimum Fee is required in order to obtain access to both the Platform and the Service. Failure to select an appropriate Access option and complete payment prevents Account registration and, consequently, access to the Platform and the Service.
- KBy selecting Recurring Access (Access 3), the Client agrees to pay the Seller a monthly training fee of $119, which covers Account registration (in the case of the first payment) and access to Online Lessons released at weekly intervals during the Billing Period. In order to gain access to subsequent Online Lessons and continue progress in the Training after the first Billing Period, the Client must make each subsequent monthly payment in accordance with the selected Recurring Access option.
- The Seller will notify the Client of an upcoming recurring payment five (5) days prior to the payment due date (i.e., thirty (30) days from the date of the previous payment). The notification email will include a link redirecting the Client directly to the payment service provider’s website to complete the payment. Information regarding the next payment date will also be visible within the Client’s Account.
- By selecting One-Time Access with scheduled release (Access 2), the Client pays a one-time training fee of $999, which covers Account registration (in the case of the first payment) and access to all forty-eight (48) Online Lessons, released sequentially on a weekly basis throughout the Training Period, starting from the date of the one-time payment.
- In the case of the second and subsequent payments under Access 3, the Client may purchase continued access directly from within their Account. In the “Payment Plan” section, after accepting all legally required consents—including acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, consent to personal data processing, and consent to immediate performance of the Service resulting in waiver of the right to withdraw—the Client selects the “ACTIVATE ACCESS” button and is redirected to the payment service provider’s website to complete payment in accordance with the selected Access option.
- By selecting One-Time Access with immediate release (Access 1), the Client pays a one-time training fee of $1499, which covers Account registration and immediate access to the full set of forty-eight (48) Online Lessons within the Online Cosmetology School. Selection of Access 1 requires full payment in advance. Under this option, the Client receives immediate access to all Online Lessons without waiting for weekly releases.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse Account registration, deny provision of the Service, or block the Client’s access to the Platform in the event of:
- incorrect completion of the Registration Form by the Client,
- provision of false or inaccurate information by the Client,
- violation of the Seller’s rights or the rights of third parties by the Client,
- violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions by the Client,
- the Client having outstanding, due, and unpaid obligations toward the Seller,
- use of the Service by the Client for unlawful purposes, including the commission of offenses or actions contrary to generally accepted standards of conduct or constituting abuse of rights,
- any unauthorized interference by the Client with the operation of the Service without the Seller’s prior written consent,
sharing of login credentials (username and password) with third parties.
§6. Payments
- When purchasing access to the Platform and access to the Service, the Client may complete payment exclusively via PayPal, using the payment methods made available within the PayPal system, including payment by debit card, credit card, or PayPal balance, in accordance with PayPal’s applicable terms and conditions.
- The Seller is not responsible for the proper execution of the payment process within the PayPal system and has no control over actions taken by PayPal or entities cooperating with PayPal. By completing a payment through the Service, the Client agrees to be bound by PayPal’s terms of use, privacy policies, and technical requirements, as well as any conditions imposed by PayPal.
- Upon successful completion of payment, the Client will be redirected back to the Service with a purchase confirmation. At that moment, an agreement for the provision of digital content in the form of the Service is deemed concluded between the Client and the Seller, within the scope corresponding to the selected Access option and the associated range of training materials made available by the Seller.
- Confirmation of the agreement is provided by the Seller in the form of a purchase confirmation, which is also sent to the email address (username) provided by the Client during registration. Together with the confirmation, the Seller will send the Client a payment confirmation document in PDF format to the same email address.
- If, for any reason—including technical issues—the payment cannot be successfully completed, the Seller will inform the Client of the temporary inability to activate access to the Platform or the Service, as well as the expected time required to resolve the issue. The Client is not entitled to claim any compensation, damages, or other benefits in connection with such temporary lack of access to the services provided by the Seller.
- All prices for services offered by the Seller within the Service are gross prices and include all applicable taxes in force at the time these Terms and Conditions apply.
§7. Account Access and Use of the Service
- Access to the Platform is granted to the Client upon registration of an Account, which the Client may access by logging in using their Login Credentials. Registration of the Account and the first successful login using the Login Credentials constitute confirmation of commencement of performance of the agreement between the Seller and the Client for an indefinite period.
- Access to the Service is provided to the Client through the Platform for a defined period, depending on the selected Access option. In the case of Recurring Access, access is granted for successive 30-day periods upon payment of each monthly fee. In the case of One-Time Access, access is granted for a period of twelve (12) months, in each case commencing on the date of payment. During the applicable access period, the Client may view and use the training materials made available within the Account.
- When selecting Recurring Access, the Client agrees to make successive monthly payments for each portion of the Training, which remains active throughout the Training Period, provided that payments are made on time in accordance with §5. In all cases, each Online Lesson remains available to the Client until the end of the Training Period, provided that the Client has paid, or continues to pay, the amounts due under the selected Access option. After the Training Period expires, the training materials are no longer available to the Client unless the Client activates the Account Subscription option described in subsection 6 of this section.
- If the Client decides to cancel further monthly payments under Recurring Access, the Client acknowledges and accepts loss of access to previously available training materials within the Account, as well as loss of learning progress within the Training. Cancellation of further payments under Recurring Access may be performed only from within the Client’s Account in the “Payment Plan” section by selecting the option labeled “Cancel future payments.” This is the sole method available for canceling further payments.
Cancellation of future payments under Recurring Access results in:
- loss of access to previously available Online Lessons (the ONLINE LESSONS section will display a message encouraging selection of an appropriate Access option to restart the Training),
- reset of all Quiz results previously completed within the Account (the Client may retake Quizzes only after repurchasing the Service under a selected Access option),
- loss of the ability to purchase additional Certificates (only Certificates purchased during an active access period remain available),
the requirement to restart the entire Training from the first Online Lesson by purchasing the Service again.
- After expiration of the Training Period, as well as after cancellation of further payments under Recurring Access, the Client loses access to all previously purchased training materials. In such cases, the Client retains only the ability to download the Diploma (if the Final Exam has been successfully completed), download previously purchased Certificates (obtained during active access and after achieving a 100% Quiz score), and view transaction history within the TRANSACTION HISTORY section of the Account. Continued access to training materials after the Training Period is available only to Clients who have passed the Final Exam and activated the Account Subscription option described in subsection 6 of this section.
- If the Client does not cancel Recurring Access but fails to make required monthly payments, continued participation in the Training during the ongoing Training Period is conditional upon payment for overdue Online Lessons that would have been available had payments been made on time. Payment for overdue lessons does not extend the Training Period, which expires twelve (12) months from the date of the Client’s first payment.
- The Account Subscription allows the Client unlimited access to training materials purchased during the Training Period through the Account. The maximum subscription duration is twelve (12) months from the date of activation via the Payment Plan section by a Client who has completed the Training and passed the Final Exam. After this period, the Subscription may be purchased again. Selection of a Subscription option and completion of monthly or annual payment constitutes conclusion of an agreement between the Client and the Seller for the provision of digital content. Activation of the Account Subscription also requires acceptance of statements regarding personal data processing and express consent to immediate performance of the Service, resulting in waiver of the right to withdraw from the agreement.
- Each use of the Service requires an active internet connection. Internet access costs are determined by the Client’s service provider. The Seller does not charge any additional fees for internet access.
- Current pricing for access to the Platform and the Service is displayed within the Service. The Seller reserves the right to change prices of paid services, introduce temporary promotions or discounts, and modify such offers. Price changes do not apply retroactively and do not entitle the Client to any refund or partial reimbursement of fees previously paid.
- Within a single Access option, the Client may stream training materials on multiple devices simultaneously.
- The Client may reset their password using the “Forgot password” option available on the login page. In such cases, a new password is generated and sent to the email address provided during purchase of access to the Platform and the Service. Password changes may also be made after contacting the Seller via email.

The Seller may immediately and permanently block the Client’s access to the Platform and all Services in the event of:
- violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions,
- termination of the Service or the Seller’s business operations, in which case the Client will be notified in advance.
- The Seller reserves the right to modify training materials and rules governing use of the Service, provided that training materials already purchased by the Client shall remain subject to the rules and conditions in effect at the time the Client obtained access to the Service, as described in these Terms and Conditions and information available within the Service.
§8. Quizzes and Certificates
- After reviewing the training materials included in each Online Lesson made available to the Client, the Client may assess their knowledge by completing the corresponding Quiz. Quiz answers may be checked by selecting the “CHECK ANSWERS” option. Each Quiz may be taken an unlimited number of times for as long as the Client has active access to the given Online Lesson during the Training Period. The highest score achieved by the Client is displayed in the “ONLINE LESSONS” section, at the top of the lesson tile for each Online Lesson in which the Quiz has been completed.
- Achieving a score of 100% correct answers on the Quiz associated with a given Online Lesson entitles the Client to purchase a Certificate confirming completion of training in the subject matter covered by that Lesson. The fee for generating a Certificate is $12. Certificates may be purchased at https://www.beautyexpert.io/lekcje-online/certyfikaty, as well as by using the “Buy Certificate” button available in the left-hand menu of the relevant Online Lesson or the “Download Certificate” button displayed in the “Online Lessons” section below the list of Online Lessons. Upon confirmation of payment for this service, the Seller enables the Client to download the personalized Certificate at any time from within the Account.
- Cancellation of payments under Recurring Access, as well as expiration of the Training Period, does not result in loss of access to Certificates previously purchased. In such cases, however, the Client is no longer able to purchase new Certificates related to other Online Lessons for which a Certificate was not previously purchased.
- Certificates are issued on a personalized basis, and within a single Account, Certificates may be issued only for one individual. Any change to the personal details of the individual associated with the Account is possible solely upon prior contact with the Seller and only with the Seller’s express consent.
§9. Practice Exam, Final Exam, and Diploma
- Throughout the entire period of active access to the Service, the Client may assess their knowledge by taking the Practice Exam, which serves as a simulation of the Final Exam. The sole requirement for taking the Practice Exam is that all payments due under the selected Access option have been duly completed. Taking the Practice Exam does not require achieving a 100% score on the individual Quizzes associated with specific Online Lessons.
- Upon completion of the Training Period—meaning after the Client has reviewed the training materials available in all forty-eight (48) Online Lessons—the Client becomes eligible to take the Final Exam.
- The Final Exam consists of twenty (20) single-choice questions and represents an expanded version of the Quiz format. Achieving a minimum score of 80% correct answers on the Final Exam entitles the Client to download a Diploma confirming successful completion of the entire Training offered within the Service.
- Cancellation of further payments under Recurring Access, as well as expiration of the Training Period, does not result in loss of access to a Diploma already generated by the Platform.
- The Client may take the Final Exam even after the end of the Training Period and without activating an Account Subscription. The first two attempts at the Final Exam are free of charge. Eligibility for the first and second attempts requires only that the Client has purchased access to the complete set of training materials available within the Service (all forty-eight (48) Online Lessons) and that the Training Period has elapsed.
- The third and each subsequent attempt at the Final Exam is available for an additional fee of $19, payable by the Client from within their Account. The Final Exam remains accessible in the “Online Lessons” section under “Final Exam.” The only change concerns the behavior of the “Start Exam” button: upon attempting the third or subsequent attempt, the Client will be prompted with a message indicating that payment is required and requesting confirmation. Only after successful payment will the Client be allowed to retake the Final Exam.
- Upon completion of payment, an agreement is deemed concluded between the Client and the Seller for the immediate provision of access to retake the Final Exam. This process also requires the Client to accept statements regarding personal data processing and to provide express consent to immediate performance of the Service, resulting in waiver of the right to withdraw from the agreement.
- After achieving a passing result on the Final Exam, the Client may download a personalized Diploma generated by the Platform at no additional cost. The Diploma confirms that the Client has successfully completed the Training.
§10. Right of Withdrawal
- The provisions of this section apply exclusively to Consumers. They also apply to natural persons entering into an agreement directly related to their business activity, provided that such agreement is not of a professional nature for that person.
- A Client who has entered into an agreement with the Seller for access to the Platform has the right to withdraw from the agreement without stating any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date the agreement is concluded. Withdrawal from the agreement results in loss of access to the Account upon completion of the first Billing Period.
- Withdrawal from the agreement does not entitle the Client to a refund of the Minimum Fee. The Client forfeits this right as a result of having expressly consented to immediate performance of the Service during registration, which was subsequently confirmed via email. The loss of the right to recover the Minimum Fee results from the Seller’s immediate performance of the Service covering the first Billing Period, to which the Client expressly agreed. Despite withdrawal, the Client retains access to the training materials made available within the Service until the end of the first Billing Period, after which access to the Account is terminated in accordance with subsection 2.
- A Client who selected One-Time Access and subsequently validly withdraws from the agreement is entitled to a partial refund equal to the difference between the total amount paid and the Minimum Fee, which is retained by the Seller as compensation for immediate provision of the Service. Accordingly, regardless of the selected Access option, the Seller does not refund the Minimum Fee of $119, which corresponds to the Service performed during the first Billing Period. The Client is not entitled to a proportional refund of any discounted portion of the One-Time Access fee.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify the Seller of their decision by means of a clear statement, either by sending written notice to the Seller’s registered business address or by sending an email to online@beautyexpert.io with the subject line “WITHDRAWAL FROM AGREEMENT.”
- To comply with the withdrawal deadline, the Client must send the withdrawal notice before the expiration of the fourteen (14)-day period starting from the date the Login Credentials were provided.

In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the Seller will prevent further use of the Platform by disabling access to the Account after the first Billing Period. Following termination of access, the Seller will cease processing Client data, except for data required to be retained under applicable law.
- In the case of One-Time Access with immediate release (Access 1)—which provides immediate access to the full set of training materials—the Client acknowledges and agrees that the right of withdrawal is waived due to express consent to full and immediate performance of the Service prior to expiration of the withdrawal period. The Client confirms acceptance of this waiver by submitting the required declaration during the purchase process.
§11. Complaints and Claims
- The Client has the right to submit complaints regarding the operation of the Service, as well as matters related to the processing of their personal data.
- Complaints concerning payment transactions processed by the Payment Operator (PayPal) must be submitted directly to PayPal in accordance with PayPal’s applicable transaction terms and procedures. The Seller does not handle or review complaints related to payment processing carried out through the payment operator.
- Complaints related to access to the Platform, access to the Service, operation of the Registration Form, or other functionalities of the Service must be submitted by email to online@beautyexpert.io, with the subject line “COMPLAINT.”
- Complaints will be reviewed by the Seller without undue delay, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the complaint is received by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to extend the review period if the complaint is submitted in an incomplete, unclear, or improperly described manner that prevents proper identification of the claim.
- The response to a complaint will be sent to the Client by email to the email address provided by the Client when submitting the complaint, unless the Client expressly requests a response in written form sent to a specified mailing address.
- Any amendments to the Terms and Conditions become effective upon their publication on the Service’s website, unless stated otherwise.
- For Clients who are not Consumers, all statutory warranties are expressly excluded. The Seller does not provide any guarantees with respect to the Services and does not warrant that the training materials made available within the Service are current, complete, or free from errors.
