Using the functionality of the www.beautyexpert.io service implies acceptance of the terms and conditions below of the Privacy Policy.

§1. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy describes the principles of processing and protection of data provided by Guests and Clients, as well as cookies and other technologies used in the www.beautyexpert.io service.
2. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Every user of the service is obliged to be familiar with the current Privacy Policy. The reasons for the changes may include: Internet technology development, changes in applicable law, or service development.

§2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

1.Service – the internet service "Annual Cosmetic School BeautyExpert Online" located at www.beautyexpert.io, which includes, among others, a training service provided electronically in the form of graphical, text, audio, and video materials. 3.Personal Data – in accordance with the definition in Article 4(1) of the GDPR, personal data are information about an identified or identifiable individual, including name, phone number, email address, delivery address, device IP, location data, internet identifier, and information collected via cookies and other similar technology.
4.Guest – an individual, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality using the Service without having or logging into an Account.
5.Client – a person making a purchase and gaining access to the Account, and then specific services in the Service. Clients can be individuals or legal entities.
6.Account – a collection of data related to the Client on the online platform available at: www.beautyexpert.io, which is created by the Administrator and to which the Client gains access as part of using the services specified in the terms available at: https://www.beautyexpert.io/regulamin-uslug.

§3. PERSONAL DATA

1.The Administrator declares that all personal data obtained within the Service are protected in accordance with personal data protection regulations and are processed only to the extent permitted by the Act on the provision of electronic services and this Privacy Policy unless the Guest or Client has consented to broader data processing.

2.The Guest and Client consent to the processing of personal data provided by them during the account creation process. This data includes: first name, last name, residential address, email address, and phone number.

3.Data is processed for the purpose of providing services specified in the Service, particularly for the possibility of creating and maintaining an Account. Providing data is necessary for creating and using the Account's functionalities.

4.The basis for data processing is the Client's consent as referred to in Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR, and to the extent that data pertains to the performance of a contract, the basis is Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR. Additionally, the basis may be Art. 6(1)(c) (compliance with a legal obligation), Art. 6(1)(d) (protection of vital interests of the data subject), and Art. 6(1)(f) (processing for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or a third party). Consent is also expressed by ticking the appropriate box during Account registration in the Service. The same page allows users to familiarize themselves with the content of this Privacy Policy.

5.Personal data may be transferred to third parties with whom the Administrator realizes the electronic services contract, e.g., payment service provider, entities providing IT services related to the Service's operation, and external accounting services. Furthermore, the Client's data may be transferred to authorized bodies if they request such data.

6.The Administrator does not intend to transfer data to third countries and international organizations, especially those outside the European Economic Area.

7.Data is stored for the period required by law for the retention of accounting documentation confirming the conclusion and performance of services, and additionally, for the time the Administrator maintains the Account.

8.The Client has the right to access the data, correct it, request its deletion, or limit its processing.

9.The Client has the right to object to the Administrator's data processing.

10.The Client has the right, at any time, to access the content of the transferred data and the possibility of correcting, rectifying, or requesting restrictions on their processing. The Client's consent to personal data processing can be withdrawn at any time if the Client previously expressed such consent. The Client has the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint regarding personal data processing with the Polish supervisory authority (The Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

11.Providing data by the Guest during Account registration and by the Client during registration and logging into the Account is voluntary; however, the Administrator reserves that failure to provide the required data during the registration process may constitute an obstacle to the full use of the Service's functionalities, including the creation and maintenance of an Account.

12.The Guest and the Client, by providing their data, agree to their processing for the purpose of delivering services provided by the Administrator, especially for the creation and maintenance of an Account.

13.The personal data of the Guest and the Client will be stored by the Administrator for an indefinite period, but no longer than until the termination of the Service's activities or the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the Client.

14.The Data Administrator hereby informs that they have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and independently fulfills the obligations arising from the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781). The

15.Administrator is not responsible for the use of content contained in the Service or actions or omissions taken based on it. The Administrator is not responsible for the unlawful use of data by an unauthorized person on behalf of the person who actually created the Account on the Service.

§4. COOKIES

1.The website www.beautyexpert.io may collect information automatically.

2. Cookies (also known as "web cookies") are computer data, specifically text files, that are stored on the end-user's device and are intended for use with the Service's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique identifier. 3.Cookies are used for the purposes of:

"Session" cookies are temporary files stored on the Guest's or Client's end device until leaving the website or closing the browser. "Persistent" cookies are stored on the Guest's or Client's end device for a time specified in the cookie parameters or until their removal.

• Cookies that enable the use of services available within the Service, e.g., authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Service.
• Cookies used to ensure security, for example, used to detect fraud in the area of authentication within the Service.
• Cookies that enable the collection of information on how the Service's websites are used.
• Cookies that allow the "remembering" of settings chosen by the Guest/Client and the personalization of the Guest/Client interface, e.g., in terms of the selected language or region from which the Guest/Client originates, font size, appearance of the website, etc.

6.In many cases, software used for browsing websites (web browser) by default allows the storage of cookie files on the end device of the Guest/Client. Guests/Clients of the Service can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed, in particular, to block the automatic handling of cookie files in the browser settings or to notify each time they are placed on the device of the Guest/Client of the Service. 7.By default, software used for browsing websites allows the placement of cookie files on the end device of the Guest/Client. These settings can be changed by the Guest/Client in such a way as to block the automatic handling of "cookies" in the settings of the web browser or to notify of their transmission to the device of the Guest/Client each time.

9.The Administrator informs that changes to the settings in the Guest/Client's web browser may prevent the proper functioning of the Websites in the Service. The Administrator informs that restrictions on the use of cookie files may affect some functionalities available on the Service's websites. The Administrator is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect operation of the Service due to changes in settings by the Guest/Client.
