Tissue stimulators are advanced biorevitalizing injectables used in aesthetic cosmetology and aesthetic medicine to restore skin structure and improve density, elasticity, and firmness. Their action is based on fibroblast activation and physiological stimulation of collagen, elastin, and extracellular matrix synthesis—without producing a traditional volumizing or filling effect.
This lesson provides an in-depth overview of the main groups of tissue stimulators, including hyaluronic acid–based products, hybrid HA complexes (e.g., Profhilo), amino acid formulations (e.g., Sunekos), and polynucleotides (e.g., Nucleofill, Vitaran). The course explains their mechanisms of action, biological differences between products, injection techniques (including the BAP method), as well as principles of client qualification and procedural safety.
The training includes theoretical content, instructional videos, step-by-step protocols, and concludes with a certificate of completion.
Learning Outcomes
After completing the lesson, the participant is able to:
differentiate types of tissue stimulators: hyaluronic acid–based, hybrid HA, amino acid–based, collagen-supporting, and
polynucleotide formulations
explain the definition of tissue stimulators from a biorevitalization perspective
classify biostimulators according to their mechanisms of action
understand the cellular-level biological basis of tissue stimulator activity
explain the role of fibroblasts in skin biorevitalization and remodeling processes
interpret regenerative processes occurring in the skin following injection
characterize the effects of polynucleotides in terms of regeneration, hydration, and skin quality improvement
discuss the role of amino acids in stimulating collagen and elastin synthesis
explain the mechanism of skin bioremodeling using hybrid hyaluronic acid
analyze treatment areas in skin-quality–focused therapies
apply knowledge of general facial anatomy
consider skin anatomy and histology when planning injections
identify skin conditions and blood-borne diseases that constitute contraindications
perform skin assessment and properly qualify the client for treatment
select the appropriate product based on age, skin type, and aesthetic concern
plan an individualized treatment protocol, including combination therapies
determine treatment frequency and number of sessions according to the biostimulator used and desired outcomes
prepare the workstation, products, and equipment in accordance with aseptic standards
select needles or cannulas appropriate to the injection technique
perform tissue stimulator injections using the BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) technique
understand the rationale of BAP points and their anatomical placement
monitor treatment outcomes and avoid volumetric overcorrection
recognize typical post-procedure reactions and assess the course of skin recovery
apply safety precautions and manage procedural risk
plan post-treatment care and provide home-care recommendations
identify the most common technical errors and consciously avoid them in practice
