Lesson No 3

Facial Massage

Facial Massage Lesson | Beauty School Online

Facial massage is a manual therapeutic technique that affects the skin, facial muscles, and the lymphatic system. It is used to improve tissue condition, support aging prevention, and enhance the skin’s natural regenerative mechanisms. When performed regularly, facial massage improves circulation, oxygenation of tissues, lymphatic flow, and helps restore balance in facial muscle tension.

This lesson introduces the participant to the principles of facial massage, including proper movement directions, working pace, treatment sequences, and techniques adapted to skin needs and muscle tension. Indications, contraindications, and the role of facial massage in both esthetic skincare and relaxation therapies are also discussed.

The training includes theoretical content, video materials, detailed step-by-step instructions, and a completion certificate, preparing the participant to safely and consciously perform facial massage in professional esthetics practice.
