Radiofrequency (RF) is a procedure that uses electromagnetic waves to thermally stimulate the dermis, leading to collagen remodeling and improved skin firmness.

In this lesson, the student will learn about the mechanism of RF action, types of applicators and treatment parameters, as well as the principles of safe lifting therapy using diathermy in aesthetic cosmetology.
