You work with the analysis of changes within the epidermis, observing slowed cell turnover, impaired keratinization, and a weakened skin barrier. This helps you understand why the skin becomes more reactive and less resilient.

In the next stage, you focus on the dermis — learning to identify decreased collagen production, breakdown of supportive fibers, and structural changes within the extracellular matrix that affect skin density and elasticity.

You then move to deeper structures, analyzing volume loss, weakening of support tissues, and their displacement, which directly impacts facial contours.
