During this lesson, you’ll explore the anatomical structures of the face and the precise locations of acupressure points. You’ll also learn about the Five Elements theory and the Yin-Yang concept. The practical part includes treatment area setup, skin preparation, accurate point location, and performing a complete facial acupressure sequence based on the energy map and anatomical directions.

• Learn the Yin and Yang theory – as a foundation for understanding the energetic approach to the skin and face.
• Explore the Five Elements theory – and how it’s used in facial analysis and energy typing.
• Review the structure of cells and tissues – to better understand the skin’s biological response to stimulation.
• Revisit facial bone structure – to ensure accurate point pressure application.
• Study the facial vascular system – to avoid overstimulation of sensitive areas.

• Practice the facial acupressure sequence – with proper point location, pressure control, and stimulation order.
