§1. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
1. This Privacy Policy describes the principles of processing and protection of data provided by Guests and Clients, as well as cookies and other technologies used in the www.beautyexpert.io service.

3.Personal Data – in accordance with the definition in Article 4(1) of the GDPR, personal data are information about an identified or identifiable individual, including name, phone number, email address, delivery address, device IP, location data, internet identifier, and information collected via cookies and other similar technology.
4.Guest – an individual, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality using the Service without having or logging into an Account.
5.Client – a person making a purchase and gaining access to the Account, and then specific services in the Service. Clients can be individuals or legal entities.
6.Account – a collection of data related to the Client on the online platform available at: www.beautyexpert.io, which is created by the Administrator and to which the Client gains access as part of using the services specified in the terms available at: https://www.beautyexpert.io/regulamin-uslug.
§3. PERSONAL DATA
1.The Administrator declares that all personal data obtained within the Service are protected in accordance with personal data protection regulations and are processed only to the extent permitted by the Act on the provision of electronic services and this Privacy Policy unless the Guest or Client has consented to broader data processing.
2.The Guest and Client consent to the processing of personal data provided by them during the account creation process. This data includes: first name, last name, residential address, email address, and phone number.
3.Data is processed for the purpose of providing services specified in the Service, particularly for the possibility of creating and maintaining an Account. Providing data is necessary for creating and using the Account's functionalities.
4.The basis for data processing is the Client's consent as referred to in Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR, and to the extent that data pertains to the performance of a contract, the basis is Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR. Additionally, the basis may be Art. 6(1)(c) (compliance with a legal obligation), Art. 6(1)(d) (protection of vital interests of the data subject), and Art. 6(1)(f) (processing for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or a third party). Consent is also expressed by ticking the appropriate box during Account registration in the Service. The same page allows users to familiarize themselves with the content of this Privacy Policy.
5.Personal data may be transferred to third parties with whom the Administrator realizes the electronic services contract, e.g., payment service provider, entities providing IT services related to the Service's operation, and external accounting services. Furthermore, the Client's data may be transferred to authorized bodies if they request such data.

10.The Client has the right, at any time, to access the content of the transferred data and the possibility of correcting, rectifying, or requesting restrictions on their processing. The Client's consent to personal data processing can be withdrawn at any time if the Client previously expressed such consent. The Client has the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint regarding personal data processing with the Polish supervisory authority (The Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
11.Providing data by the Guest during Account registration and by the Client during registration and logging into the Account is voluntary; however, the Administrator reserves that failure to provide the required data during the registration process may constitute an obstacle to the full use of the Service's functionalities, including the creation and maintenance of an Account.
12.The Guest and the Client, by providing their data, agree to their processing for the purpose of delivering services provided by the Administrator, especially for the creation and maintenance of an Account.
13.The personal data of the Guest and the Client will be stored by the Administrator for an indefinite period, but no longer than until the termination of the Service's activities or the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the Client.
14.The Data Administrator hereby informs that they have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and independently fulfills the obligations arising from the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781). The

The Administrator is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect operation of the Service due to changes in settings by the Guest/Client.
